Full-time programmers work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week and part-time programmers work for you 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. Your assigned programmer would work exclusively for you throughout your daily service period, and would not be assigned to any other customer during that time.
What We Cover
Each Dedicated Programmer can perform any mixture of the following tasks:
Web programming in your choice of one of: .NET, PHP, ASP or Java
What We Don't Cover
Our Dedicated Programmer service does not cover the following types of tasks unless we explicitly agree otherwise:
- Support for your customers
- Graphics and/or web design work
- Programming in more than one language - you can choose either .NET or PHP or ASP or Java
- Programming in any language other than PHP, ASP, .NET , Java
- System/server administration
Period Covered
Each Dedicated Programmer you hire works for a set number of hours each day, 5 days a week. Generally programmers need to work during one of the following three shifts:
6am-2pm India Standard Time
(6.30pm-2.30am US CST)
2pm-10pm India Standard Time
(2.30am-10.30am US CST)
10pm-6am India Standard Time
(10.30am-6.30pm US CST)
Please note too that for the health of our staff regular shift rotation is usually necessary.

Premium Web Designers are designers who have a wider experience in designing all kinds of logo's , web design and multiple years of experience in the field.
Please note that at this time we are not undertaking any once-off (pay-by-the-hour, single project) work. We only provide the monthly services outlined above.

Please note though that we do not work from templates (unless you specifically request it). That is, our designers will create unique, custom-built sites from scratch based on your specifications.

Web and Graphic Design
"Web and Graphic Design" includes any all of the following types of tasks:
Website design including layout design, image creation, HTML coding, CSS stylesheet coding, Flash work, image optimization, HTML validation, implementing navigation systems, search engine tags etc.
Adding and adjusting pre-written JavaScript code to web pages, and writing basic (but not advanced) JavaScript where required;
Other image design work such as brochures, logos, business cards, banner ads etc.
Our designers use the Macromedia Studio MX Suite (Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, Freehand) and Jasc Paintshop Pro. PSD (Adobe Photoshop) files are also supported through Fireworks.
