Since the hired team works at our offices and development facility, it becomes the clients virtual development center based offshore. (Outside his own country) hence the term ODC (Offshore Development Center) The client can engage these Professionals for as long as he intends, it could be from a few months to a few years.

It works just like the ODC, where a client hires a team of professionals from us, however, with this model, the engagement is mostly for developing /enhancing /maintaining a particular software product. This can either be on a fixed timeline or on a continuous basis.

Yes, definitely. Once you decide that you will require multiple designers and programmers, it depends on how you want to utilize them to the maximum. You can form a team of two each and if you wish, you can also shift a designer/programmer from one team to another.

You need to analyze how many people you would need to hire and for how long, you will need to intimate us at least 1 week in advance, so that we are able to arrange for your expertise… We will then send you the invoice and contract for the hire purchase, once you have made the payment, you will be sent all contact information and communication tools to get in touch with your team and you could get started on the date mentioned in the contract.

Every employee has a one month's notice period before quitting the company. This ensures that even if a replacement has to be brought in, it will leave enough time for him to get acquainted with your project. We do recommend that customers where technology or logic is very complicated/proprietory hire atleast 2 resources to maintain business continuity.
