An ODC is a Software / Web Application production method, where by a client based in any country outside India, hires a team of IT professionals (Web Designers and Developers) on a Full Time Engagement (FTE) with us in India, to accomplish and execute enterprise level projects. The hired team works like a regular office as per mutually decided work hours . Since the hired team works at our offices and development facility, it becomes the clients virtual development center based offshore. (Outside his own country) hence the term ODC (Offshore Development Center) The client can engage these Professionals for as long as he intends, it could be from a few months to a few years.

4. What is OPD?
It works just like the ODC, where a client hires a team of professionals from us, however, with this model, the engagement is mostly for developing /enhancing /maintaining a particular software product. This can either be on a fixed timeline or on a continuous basis.

5. What skills do the web developers and designers posses?

6. What if my task gets over before time and I have hours pending?
Since you hire the resource for a whole month the hours pending can be utilised for other projects or for any updates that you may deem fit.

7. Can I hire multiple teams of developers and designers?
Yes, definitely. Once you decide that you will require multiple designers and programmers, it depends on how you want to utilize them to the maximum. You can form a team of two each and if you wish, you can also shift a designer/programmer from one team to another.

8. I am not sure how many hours will my project take to execute. In that case how do it determine how many hours should I buy?

10. How do I get Started?
You need to analyze how many people you would need to hire and for how long, you will need to intimate us at least 1 week in advance, so that we are able to arrange for your expertise. We will then send you the invoice and contract for the hire purchase, once you have made the payment, you will be sent all contact information and communication tools to get in touch with your team and you could get started on the date mentioned in the contract.

11. How do I track the progress of my project?
We have designed a state-of-the-art project management system, which is online at all times, you will be required to enter all of your tasks into this system, to which the team will respond to with daily reports. The system will maintain a track of your project from start to finish.

12. What if the programmer or a designer is slow in his work and takes more time to finish the work?
All of our personnel are highly efficient and you will get a drift of this fact right from the word go, however if you do feel that any one of them have been slowing you down, inform us and we will have him replaced after discussing the issues with you.

13. How secure is my project going to be when I hand it over to the team?
We are an ISO 9001:2008 company and all of our employees are bound by NDAs, this safe guards all of our clients from theft of intellectual property. Rest assured your project and related documents supplied will be in the safest hands.

14. What happens if the person working on my project quits your company and abandons my project?
Every employee has a one month's notice period before quitting the company. This ensures that even if a replacement has to be brought in, it will leave enough time for him to get acquainted with your project. We do recommend that customers where technology or logic is very complicated/proprietory hire atleast 2 resources to maintain business continuity.

15. Can I switch the designer or programmer for a new one if I am not happy with his work?
